1Definitions
Throughout these terms, "we," "us," "our," and "Seller" refer to Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppies and the individuals operating this program. "You," "buyer," and "visitor" refer to anyone accessing this website or submitting a form through it. "Site" refers to crowncavalierpups.com and all of its pages. "Sales Agreement" refers to the electronic contract completed through our Sales Agreement page, which governs the actual sale of a puppy and takes precedence over these general terms wherever the two overlap.
2Use of This Site
This website is provided to share information about our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies, our program, and our policies, and to let visitors submit inquiries and sales agreements. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, including attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
3Eligibility to Purchase
To complete a Sales Agreement and purchase a puppy through this site, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your state or province of residence. By submitting the Sales Agreement, you represent that this is true.
4Accuracy of Listings
We update puppy availability, pricing, and details as accurately as possible, but availability can change quickly, particularly for a small litter. A puppy shown as available on this site is not considered reserved until a signed Sales Agreement and applicable deposit have been received and confirmed by us — an inquiry alone does not hold a puppy.
5Forms & Communication
Information submitted through our Contact form, Inquire form, or Sales Agreement is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your reservation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you — we cannot be responsible for delays or missed communication caused by incorrect details.
6Payments
Accepted payment methods are presented during the Sales Agreement process and may change from time to time. All amounts on this site are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any fees your chosen payment method charges on its end (such as a transfer fee); those are separate from the puppy price and delivery fees quoted on this site.
7Intellectual Property
All text, photos, and design elements on this site belong to Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppies unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for another business's marketing without our written permission.
8Third-Party Links

11Governing Terms & Disputes
These terms work alongside our Sales Agreement, Health Guarantee, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If any section of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections still apply in full. We encourage resolving any disagreement directly with us first — most concerns are resolved quickly through a simple conversation, and we'd always rather work something out than let it become a dispute.
